General Profile & Main Responsibilities
The Manager, Change Management will be responsible for maintaining ADP's Change Leadership methodology and supporting tools & processes within the iHCM organization.
This professional has a key role in driving change initiatives by functioning as a thought leader to the organization supporting leadership teams across the organization using ADP change methodology.
This position will focus on both the people and organizational aspects of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures.
This professional also works with business leaders to create and implement change management plans that effect successful change and maximize employee engagement.
Responsible for building capability and capacity for change in ADP associates trained or consulted with during work projects.
Business & Process Leadership
Requires broad and comprehensive understanding of different systems, theories, and practices in the discipline of change management and communication and maintains a working knowledge of other disciplines such as payroll service delivery, payroll / HR outsourcing, implementation (must question the status quo).
