Activity
Knows in detail all gaming manuals and irregularities for all casino games
Able to hold video presentations for all games
Creates training plan for new studios and new games
Performs administrative tasks with accuracy - equipment monitoring; dealer's files; training groups; uniforms management etc.
Manages dealer's performance - audits, evaluation using available information resources (., CCTV etc.)
Reviews all gaming materials and comes up with improvement solutions
Analyzes shift reports of all studios monthly and suggests retraining for all problematic dealers
Analyzes and monitors all quality aspects connected with casino
About You
Previous quality assurance (processes) experience
Trainer / presentations experience
Fluent English
Previous casino experience, dealer included is a major advantage
Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel Data Analysis capability >
Good PC Skills
Strong logical thinking ability
