Key responsibilities :
Support market activation during and post implementation of the new deployed markets & new releases / optimizations for all Digital Avon tools.
Engage and inspire stakeholders in their active participation and involvement in the digital acceleration Communication, Activation and training plans, to increase buy-in and commitment and, therefore, ensure the solution will be well implemented and used
Support and assess of new markets / release activation plan creation to support the go live and post implementation activation of the tools
Support to find & test new methods and tools to improve the effectiveness of activation communication
Maintain and create activation pack assets, create & refresh elements to make sure markets have everything for a successful activation, support markets in the localization of the assets, ie.
working with the open files of original assets in Adobe Creative Cloud programs ( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) to adapt files into different languages
individual tracking of the new markets activation plan execution during the implementation and for 1 quarter after the launch
inclusion of the new deployed markets into overall digital activation strategy (meetings, follow-ups etc)
sharing best practices from the live markets, while supporting customization as per needs
documentation of the market activation plans and Field Relationship Processes (FRP) files
Gather the FRP integration local action plans and assess gaps, while continuously sharing other markets practices
Administration of the follow up and market activation plans
Monitor live markets results and offer individual support as per each market need / by project :
Perform constant tracking of the tools results (monthly / quarterly), based on global scorecards, and communicate to dedicated group of main stakeholders the next planned activities (cluster leads / market leads / steering committee)
provide tailored support to specific markets needs when requested
Guide markets digital teams with suggestions and follow-ups to achieve their digitalization goals
Find / support markets to find different / innovative ways to drive digital adoption
Providing smart templates / checklists / blueprints to follow up on expected actions from multiple markets at the same time
Work in collaboration with other central departments' teams (Global Communication, DigIT, Marketing, Channel etc.) to align on the Representative & Sales Leader digital experience journeys and activation guidelines & suggestion
Share FRP integration practices, while creating the digital experience community and facilitating discussions in order to increase the tools penetration within field processes
Manage Digital Experience Hub and Activation folders within all Digital Tools' MS Teams channels. Refresh, delete old content, collect, add, upload new content and communicate it to the markets.
Organize activation best practice sharing calls and support with activation inputs the (monthly) calls managed by the Platform Managers
Support digital communication :
Newsletters / scorecards / insights from monthly digital adoption data Collect and add best practices / case studies about digital tools to Inside Avon Hub
We'd love you to have :
Work with FRP & activation project workstream leads to ensure digital products are being continuously communicated & well positioned in new Representative Onboarding, in Representative and Sales Leader experience & in relevant field materials and to all segments
Support that all digital products are properly integrated into the field relationship processes and a continuous activation is in place for maximizing their benefits and effectiveness.
Ensure markets are supported with enough amount and variety of updated activation assets for any new functionality going live that might impact ways of working in the field and the right activation plan creation and execution for the go live of a new product or a new release
Support activation best practices sharing by uploading market case studies, best practices and lessons learnt about digital tools activations to Inside Avon and by uploading all relevant activation materials to MS Teams digital activation channels.
Maintenance of Inside Avon Digital Activation Hub & Teams channels.
Sharing FRP recommendations, best practices among digital and field training teams and ensuring collaboration between them and each other.
