What you’ll be doing
As Sales Representative, you will have an exciting opportunity to join our young and motivated team, committed to delivering value, first-class services, and an enjoyable experience to our business partners.
Develop sales opportunities by researching, identifying and contacting potential new accounts
Promoting our services and projects nationwide and internationally via specific channels : email, phone, social media networks etc.
Assuming responsibility for objectives and their achievement
Update all sales opportunities and customer records onto Sales CRM
Track monthly progress and potential data using the CRM tools, draft and implement action plans
Prepare and compile internal and external sale presentations, pitching proposals and case studies on closed projects
Participate in different pieces of training and meetings with your colleagues
Work closely with the rest of the team to be updated on the existing projects and case studies
Provide support as required to the other colleagues involved in the sales process.
What we expect from you
University degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communication.
A friendly and engaging personality. Curiosity about things, people and their motivation and needs. Attention to detail.
Self-discipline, results-driven attitude, and a high level of autonomy
Experience with cold calling and ability to making over 20 calls per day
Previous experience in B2B business is preferred
Flexible, team player, and hands-on attitude
Assertive communication skills & persuasiveness. Able to communicate to all levels within a company.
Proficient in English and Romanian. Fluency in other EU languages is a plus.
Interest in being active on social platforms and in the latest digital trends
Knowledge of the B2B industries like technology, software development, industrial, agriculture, financial services is a plus
