With the increase in the number of OLO providers and solutions we are looking to expand the team with an administrative support role to cover essential tasks to make the network sourcing team function more efficiently.
This role is part of the Carrier Relations function and the main scope is to support the CRMs to cover a series of administrative activities around on-boarding, creating and updating OLOs and costs in Colt’s various systems;
making sure up to date information on OLOs is available in the Colt tools and databases.
Support the setup of New OLO suppliers onto the Colt systems
Support with raising legal support / contract signature process for all OLO contracts
Support the activities around contract exchange for standard OLO contracts between Legal Team and CRM / OLO
Support the Explore / Colt Online automation and data quality
Regularly update OLO information in tools / update key stakeholders
Support CRM with costs updates process and manage the process in the systems end-to-end; carry out quality checks.
Support CRM with any data cleansing activity that is required for cost savings / more efficient OLO management
Support with Quoting when needed.
Key performance indicators (financial and non-financial)
SLAs and timely delivery of tasks
Satisfaction of direct line manager; and the supported CRM team.
Relationships and key contacts
You will be supporting the Colt Carrier Relations Managers
You will be liaising with various teams from the business to support the life-cycle of off-net solutions and network sourcing activities

Skills & Experience
Experience of working effectively within a fast moving, multi-national organisation
Good English, both oral and written, is a pre-requisite; Medium German language is a must.
Competent in Excel; precision; good administrative skills
Good understanding of data and database management
Proven ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
Ability to understand and respect diverse EMEA cultures
Degree level qualification would be advantageous
Self-motivated with inner drive and determination
