What will you do as React Native Developer?
Mindgram is looking for React Native Developers to join and form our core engineering team. You will be responsible for developing in-house mobile applications, constantly improving, re-architecturing, and pivoting if needed Mindgram’s applications to get the best product-market fit.
You will be working with internal engineering and product teams, reporting to the Frontend Lead. In 2021 we grew to 8 people in both product & engineering.
In 2022 we plan to grow further to 20+ people while serving clients across the globe. We use AWS (ALB, ECS / Fargate, RDS, S3, SQS, SES, and CloudWatch), GitHub & CodeBuild.
Our high-level stack : in backend REST / GraphQL APIs with PHP / Python, in frontend SPA apps with Typescript and React / React Native.
Responsibilities :
Leading React Native development
Leading React Native team
Mentoring the team in terms of React Native
Development and creation of mobile applications (built with Typescript and React Native and WebView)
Implementation of new features in our applications and supporting existing ones
Participation in dailies, plannings, refinements, and retrospectives
Research and implementation of new libraries and technologies
Writing unit and integration tests

Who are we looking for :
Focused and goal-oriented individual wanting to join a hot startup
Leadership / Management in Native development experience
5+ years of commercial Javascript experience
2+ years of commercial React Native experience
1+ years of leading a technical team
Great knowledge of React Native, React, Javascript(ES6+), Typescript
Great knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Sass, and RWD
Good knowledge of CSS Modules, Styled Components, Material UI
Good knowledge of GIT
Experience in consuming REST APIs
Experience with Jira, Confluence & GitHub
Experience in at least one agile methodology (SCRUM or Kanban)
Testing and debugging skills
Very good communication and collaboration skills
Great problem-solving skills
Nice-to-haves :
Knowledge of testing tools such as Jest and Cypress
Experience in working with GraphQL APIs
