POSITION PURPOSE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants a fast-paced commercial setting and enjoys finding ways for teams to do more, better, through process improvements and providing the right information to people at the right time.

The Commercial Operations Associate will be responsible for the projects and processes for automations and integrations among tools and platforms used by the Commercial team to communicate internally with other departments and externally with our clients.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Lead projects planned for integration of tools with our CRM system;
  • Maintain and provide recommendations for improvement of current workflows and automations;
  • Create and maintain Sales and Inside Sales Power BI reports;
  • Create and maintain documentation of processes, procedures and visuals for training purposes;
  • Supports the Sales Operations Manager with communications with other departments for initial request gathering, project structure, testing and training;
  • Support the Commercial Team Sales with operational related issues;
  • Develop your own ESG and Sustainable Finance industry knowledge;
  • Support Inside Sales and Sales on the management of CRM Accounts.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    The ideal candidate needs to be a genuine team player who can reach objectives individually, as well as through close collaboration and coordination with other team members, based on Sustainalytics’ relationship-focused consultative sales philosophy.

    The candidate should have the following qualifications :

  • Alignment with Sustainalytics’mission, vision and values;
  • Business experience 2-5 yrs required;
  • Operational mindset;
  • Organized, responsible, willing to take ownership and initiative;
  • Operational experience with CRM (Testing and / or frequent User);
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • English fluency required;
  • Previous knowledge or ability to learn to produce documentation and procedures.

    Able to work standard work hours for Europe (GMT0, GMT+1 or GMT+2). We prefer the candidate to be located where our team is in Europe, but we will consider exceptional candidates for remote work hours and internet connectivity meet our standards.

    Operational experience in BI preferred.
