POSITION PURPOSE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Commercial Operations Associate will be responsible for the projects and processes for automations and integrations among tools and platforms used by the Commercial team to communicate internally with other departments and externally with our clients.
Key responsibilities include :
Support Inside Sales and Sales on the management of CRM Accounts.
The ideal candidate needs to be a genuine team player who can reach objectives individually, as well as through close collaboration and coordination with other team members, based on Sustainalytics’ relationship-focused consultative sales philosophy.
The candidate should have the following qualifications :
Previous knowledge or ability to learn to produce documentation and procedures.
Able to work standard work hours for Europe (GMT0, GMT+1 or GMT+2). We prefer the candidate to be located where our team is in Europe, but we will consider exceptional candidates for remote work hours and internet connectivity meet our standards.
Operational experience in BI preferred.
