Your tasks :

  • Implement requirements for the Change Management process affecting different departments
  • Define, develop and require internal software applications for handling different workflows
  • Develop and implement e-learning for internal software and Change Management process
  • Deployment of internal trainings for the developed software
  • Coordination and tracking of supplier change in the relevant Kroschu systems
  • Change Management reporting
  • Your strengths :

  • University degree in Economic Engineering, Business Informatics, Media Design or similar
  • Experience in Change Management at an OEM or in the Automotive Industry
  • Knowledge of method standards in Business Process Management
  • Experience in defining specifications for software requirements
  • Very good English language command
  • Very good MS Office knowledge, with focus on Excel (Visual Basic, Macros)
  • International mindset and the ability to work in a matrixed organization
  • Team player and able to work under pressure
  • Proactive and willing to learn and develop
