Building on its first successes with renowned clients (large accounts) and proven technology, A3BC wishes to accelerate its commercial development in Romania and recruit a Senior B2B Sales, reporting to the Co-Founder.

As a Senior B2B Sales, you will :

Identify target accounts and prospects and then effectively pitch A3BC’s solutions to set and lead introductory discovery meetings with qualified prospects

Fully master the ecosystem and demonstrate proven experience in a large account environment with a portfolio of active and verifiable clients on which you are able to confirm a recent history of major transactions negotiated with high-level decision-makers (c - level)

  • Know how to operate in a complex and multi-stakeholder environment (business, financial, technical, legal, strategists, but also Microsoft-type publisher partners)
  • Actively build pipeline by owning your prospecting efforts via targeted account research and strategic outreach.

    Maintain pipeline with diligence and timeliness to support accurate reporting and forecasting for current & future quarters.

  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Lead discussions to convey A3BC’s value to prospects and demonstrate that value and resulting ROI.

  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Requirements :

  • A graduate of higher education
  • Proven success as a sales professional
  • Understanding of SaaS sales process
  • Quick learner and tech-savvy. Comfortable learning new technology quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills and level of speech adapted to target interlocutors that inspires immediately confidence
  • Must be able to communicate business and technical value to prospects at all levels of a customer organization.
  • Highly organized around metrics and able to manage time effectively, work independently
  • Experience with sales tools & software, including : Microsoft and Google office suite, Salesforce
  • Great sense of listening
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter
  • Curiosity, intellectual agility and creativity
  • High level of commitment, concrete and pragmatic
  • Personality traits : dynamic, autonomous, structured, rigorous, proactive, adaptable, frank, reliable, technophile
  • Bilingual English, internationally mobile.
  • Helpful experiences and skills (if you don’t have them, you can learn them with us!) :

  • Prior experience in a startup environment, is a plus.

    A3BC is already present in France, Romania and the Nordic countries. For example, the solution is deployed in 5 Carrefour stores in Romania with the functionality of invisible biometric payment.
