Key Job Responsibilities / Job Description :

  • Checking the BACS submissions and FPS / EPS submissions;
  • Prepare the reject sheets (UAC, repaid to scheme, Return to Bank with no notice, canceled cheque, BACS Recall returned from Treasury team, Western Union Rejection);
  • Download the BACS Report from the BACS Payment Services Website;
  • Input the tax adjustments to Basic Tools and prepare the letters to HRMC;
  • Checking the payslip docket;
  • Raise the Purchase Orders for payslip and envelopes;
  • Submit to Western Union the bank details for overseas pensioners;
  • Supporting the payroll team in other additional tasks;
  • Respect the Corporate Policies and Procedures work;
  • Ensure strict compliance with the EU Data Protection Directive as interpreted locally;
  • Carry out such other duties as may be agreed from time to time.

    Qualification Requirements :

  • Computer literate on financial and office systems;
  • Possess good organizational skills and demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Recognize and escalate potential problems to ensure the daily processes are completed;
  • Committed to observance of internal controls and procedures;
  • Ideally, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial environment dealing with banks and financial tasks;
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and have a positive and flexible approach to the job;
  • Must be dedicated to the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of client servicing;
  • Attentive to detail, be highly numerate, able to prioritize, and meet stringent deadlines.
