What will you do in our team?
As a Finance Manager in our team, you’ll be working closely with both you team and your stakeholders in order to optimize financial results for a specific department in eMAG.
You’ll achieve this by managing all financial activities related your main stakeholder’s department (financial analysis and modelling, reporting, P&L, and so on).
Your daily activities may include :
Developing and maintaining a close relationship with stakeholders and their teams
Managing all financial activities within your team
Managing and developing a diversified team of financial professionals who are passionate about what they do on a daily basis
Offering the business a set of strategic multi-dimensional financial analyses that will ensure the right decisions are made
Analyzing, together with stakeholders, all ambitious proposals and comparing them with set targets, as well as company strategy
Evaluating investments and monitoring performance versus previously set objectives
Periodically monitoring performance, together with stakeholders, in order to analyze financial results, return of investment, and the most important risks and opportunities for future business decisions
Working together with the business in order to develop medium and long-term plans and aligning these plans to the general financial targets
Managing the allocated budget, financial provision and long-term plans
Developing detailed financial reports and presentations for the senior management team, together with solutions for the ongoing issues or risks that can boost productivity and lower costs
Constantly developing business planning models
Working together with other teams in order to develop systems / processes and procedures that can ensure a correct business evaluation as well as its efficient and profitable operation
Let’s meet if you have these skills :
Are passionate about Finance and you want to work in a dynamic environment
Are passionate about further developing your knowledge and skills both as a financial professional, and as a people manager
Have a University Degree in Economic Studies (an MBA will be considered a plus)
Have at least 4 years of experience working in a similar role
Have been exposed to a complex financial environment either locally or internationally
Speak English fluently
Have the ability to work with different groups and levels within an organization
Have the ability to take the lead in internal discussions and negotiations
