We are recruiting for a project, where the primary goal is to transform the latest medical knowledge and technology into a tangible value and benefit for the insurance market.

This system offers a comprehensive solution for the risk assessment process and medical certification, supporting the work of liquidators, risk assessment specialists and doctors.

You will be responsible for the development of an expert support system , enabling the processing of personal claims according to established business rules, legal, medical and insurance standards, offering analytical solutions to assess the situation of injured people or people applying for an insurance contract.

Simply put : if you're insured and you break a leg, the system will help figure out if you are eligible for an injury claim, how much money you can ask for, all while expediting the whole process.

The next step (you will participate in) will be to adapt this system to support clinical trials . By standardizing the activities performed in accordance with the industry-established procedures, it hopes to increase the effectiveness of research teams.

We are looking for a SFD who wants to lead the development of the next-gen version of this system, while maintaining the current version during the transition period.

There’s no limit imposed on the target web framework and / or library set. It will be up to you to propose a solution that could match the needs of the project.

Angular, Vue, React, Svelte? You name it. You will choose the technology and define the new road for all the system’s services and components.

For this project we are looking for :

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in JavaScript enterprise development
  • Very good grasp of JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, GIt
  • Excellent knowledge of at least one leading JavaScript web framework (Angular, React, Vue, etc.)
  • AngularJS (1.x) experience is a plus, but not necessary
  • Good understanding and experience in using gitflow-like workflow
  • Reasonable understanding of various security aspects when developing and maintaining client-server application
  • At least basic practical linux skillset
  • A rational and efficient approach to development (understanding what works and how much it takes to implement it)
  • Flexibility and discipline (sometimes the "best" or "right" solution does not fit for various reasons)
  • Critical thinking (don't suggest solutions just because they are currently trending on the internet - test, assess, have own opinion)
  • Responsibility for own code and delivered features (internal testing, static analysis, self-checking)
  • Proactive approach (look for solutions to problems before they appear or before the client asks, improve your own code)
  • Ability to work independently (with possible guidance) and as a team member
  • Ability to write and maintain technical documentation (both externally, a wiki docs, and internally as development readme and supporting comment files)
  • Ability to work with lean methodologies (agile, scrum, etc.)
  • professional fluency in English (at least B2)
