Responsiblefor a variety of human resources programs and policies, often encompassingseveral areas of human resources, including organizational development,operations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, or training.
Serves asan internal consultant / advisor to line managers on employee relationsissues, engagement strategies, and the leveraging of talent managementsystems.
Is firstpoint of HR contact to employees and, consults with employees on anyemployee relations issues.
Supportsand / or participates in organizational development projects andinitiatives.
Overseesand completes regulatory reporting requirements to ensure compliancerequirements, completion dates, and accuracy standards are met.
Supervisesrecruitment and selection, advises hiring manager(s) on position andtalent requirements.Recruits, interviews, and screens based onorganizational and job responsibility fit.
LeadsCompensation&Benefits area, supervises payroll.
Minimum 5years of progressive HR experience
Advancedknowledge of HR plans programs and procedures related to compensation andbenefits, staffing, workforce relations, training etc.
Stronginterpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Expertisein local labor legislation
Exceptionalorganizational and time management skills with proven ability to workindependently and multi-task
AdvancedPC skills including word excel etc
