Key Responsibilities :

As well as building business with existing customers, the scope of the role will also include developing relationships with existing and new clients. You will :

  • Achieve objectives by acting as a liaison between Dell and its customers providing Dell's range of solutions using outbound calling, consultative techniques to create results for Dell and Dells partners and customers
  • Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders
  • Answer inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external customers
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives and distributors / partners to acquire new opportunities
  • Engage cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal / meet customer / partner needs
  • Develop and implement account plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives
  • Essential requirements

  • 3+ years of Sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or a Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Good understanding of computer technology
  • Results-oriented team player
  • Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced level of English, and German
