Tasks

Control and responsibility of the IT Procurement and License Management topics.

Execution of analyses and validations within the scope of IT Procurement and License Management

Responsibility for the IT procurement business process

Tracking of key figures for IT license management

Close cooperation with specialist departments and management of external service providers for IT license management

Responsibility for the further development of processes and interfaces to other departments and service providers

Driving forward standardization, automation and cost optimization in the area of responsibility

Preparation of committee meetings and presentation documents

Carrying out regular compliance audits

Qualifications

Technical knowledge :

ITIL V3 foundation or higher

Experience in IT Governance and IT Procurement

Project management methodologies, PRINCE 2 desirable

Familiarity with ITSM / ITAM tools such as helpLine, ServiceNow, Flexera or SNOW desirable

Terms like "True Up" and license measurement should not be foreign words

Operational knowledge with SAP MM, PowerBI and Visio

Basic knowledge of proper accounting
