How could you help us do this?
We need a Maintenance Renewals Sales Representative to join our Bucharest team and to help us manage a portfolio of SW support contracts and ensure on time renewal for all SW support contracts within assigned portfolio.
Also - you will help with upsell and cross sell identified solutions for the assigned sales portfolio.
What kind of work would you be doing?
Independently moves leads through entire sales process.
Proactively sell products, services, supplies to installed base in support of company promotion and upgrade campaigns.
Sell primarily transactional, with some solutions selling; own strategic entry points at the customer aligned to the business objective of area.
Sell complex, multi- products / services and achieve set quota and goals.
Involve Outside Sales Rep as necessary for high complexity sales or where competitor is face-to-face with customer.
Participate in development of district sales strategy & quota setting; defines own individual sales plan.
Address customer complex requests via broad multi-product / service.
Identify and allocate internal and external resources to deliver transactional or solution sales.
May interface with specialty buyers, e.g., IT, Procurement, etc. or with business executives.
Pursue opportunities in assigned territory, account or product line.
Actively prospect within accounts to discover or cultivate sales opportunities.
Responsible for pipeline and forecast responsibility in accordance with sales center business process.
Aggressively review account activities in pursuit of new business or up- selling opportunities.
Apply consultative-selling techniques to identify and advance opportunities that result in ongoing profitable revenue growth for the company.
Partner effectively with others in the account to ensure coordinated, efficient account management.
Actively manage the account to protect and grow the company's business; coordinate all account forecasts, planning and reporting
Orchestrate the resources and sponsorship essential for executing business effectively.

What achievements should you have so far?
We think in order to add immediate value and to succeed in this role, you should have at least 4-6 years of sales experience within some sort of corporate environment.
Solid PC Knowledge (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, database in general) is required as well as a good SAP know-how.
Previous experience in account management or in a renewal / inside sales / telesales role, collections, ideally in a software department.
Exposure to a tech company would be great, but we are flexible on this!
In order to be able to build meaningful relationships with all of your colleagues in this region, we do need a fluent English speaker.
Polish skills would be a plus.
If you also have a degree in a relevant subject, great!
