We are looking for our next Account Manager to help us taking care of our client’s portfolio.

Responsibilities :

  • To develop and manage partner relationship for all the accounts in your portfolio
  • To understand client needs, both business and technical
  • To maximize the account potential by providing specialist advice
  • To have regular client meetings in order to build strong commercial relationships. Manage each assigned partner through regular contact by telephone, email, face to face partner review / re-sign meetings.
  • To own strategic partner relationships end to end, managing deep product integrations, both software and hardware solutions
  • To become the single point of contact for escalation for all clients in your portfolio regarding support, implementation, billing, sales issues
  • To be responsible for the client projects by overseeing project steps and deadlines
  • To work closely with all customer-facing departments in the company to ensure that each customer receives the highest standards of service
  • To act as customer advocates to ensure that all departments understand customers’ requirements
  • Required experience :

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Account Management in IT / software company
  • Proactive, organized and detail oriented
  • Fast learner and curious to understand the full picture
  • Problem solver
  • Great communication skills
  • English speaker
  • French speaker, nice to have
