  • The Partner Support Specialist applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.

  • Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope.
  • May act as a project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and decision-making process.
  • Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.
  • Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.
  • Education and Experience Required :

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 2-6 years of related experience (e.g., supply chain, customer service, procurement, financial management).
  • Knowledge and Skills :

  • Mastery in English, as well as French language, is required.
  • A tactful and effective communicator who intuitively finds the appropriate tone in every situation.
  • Use technology, web tools, and customer data to provide meaningful and useful support for consumer goods in warranty.
  • A team player who is comfortable multi-tasking and delivering results on a variety of projects.
  • Meticulous attention to detail. Someone who is vigilant about getting things right the first time, every time.
  • A client-facing veteran with experience in high volume customer service or corporate sales, including making the conversion and support calls.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Advanced teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to structure and apply advanced organizational skills to manage daily operational issues.
