Working as a Cloud DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for managing the configuration and quality of our Cloud-based application.
You will be in charge of building new and enhancing existing deployment mechanisms. You will manage and maintain scalable and resilient processing infrastructure environments in Google.
Your key responsibilities : Collaborating with developers, architects, testers and the broader organisation to smooth the process of building and running applications!
Using container technologies (e.g. Docker) to package and deploy system components
Provisioning and maintaining secure Google Cloud
Performing penetration tests on microservice-oriented application
Focusing on thorough testing and documentation, resulting in high-quality services
Analyzing requirements to understand solutions and recommend improvements fully
Keeping up with changes and trends in the industry
The ideal candidate has :
Hands-on experience with Cloud
Strong experience in designing and creating new automation tests
Good working knowledge of Cloud technologies like AWS, Azure and GCP
Strong technical and analytical troubleshooting skills and experience working in a technical support / network support role
Experience building out CI toolchains using Jenkins CI / CD
Experience in developing E2E tests (e.g. Selenium)
A background in Systems Administration across Linux / AIX / WAS platforms, with strong scripting skills
Working knowledge of modern scripting languages e.g. Python
It is a strong plus if you have :
Knowledge of Cypress, Netsparker, Selenium
Understanding of Microservices
