Job description :
The applicant should enjoy building solutions made from the best of classhardware servers with the world’s leading business software from SAP SE®.
You will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the solution installer,support script and the solution documentation.
Also, you will be responsiblefor certifying new hardware, software and new Operating System versions withSAP.
Additionally, you will provide development level support for the product andfix issues that the L1 and L2 Support teams have not been able to address.
Your initiative to go beyond this basic requirement and enhance the solution(e.g. by developing new lifecycle solutions for seamless customer experience)is highly appreciated.
There will be many opportunities to learn aboutsolution design, architectural concepts, and enterprise level softwaredevelopment processes.
