The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for processing, expediting and booking in all drop shipments for Measurement and Analytical European Intercompany and buyouts Purchase Orders


  • Book in PO’s, based on buyer notification and shipment documentation from supplier;
  • Checks all commercial and compliance information before performing PO receipt;
  • Receives in material from suppliers and books it in the correct inventory;
  • Inform Order Administrator once PO receipt done;
  • Follows up with Supply Chain on supplier delivery dates;
  • Backlog activities make sure both PO and related SO are in the correct status after PO receipt, to allow order administrators to issue customer invoice.
  • Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in an administrative role;
  • Languages : English;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and successfully within a matrix organization;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word);
  • Knowledge and / or experience in using ERP / MRP systems is a plus;
  • Good team player with passion, customer focus, a demonstrated sense of urgency to resolve conflicts as they arise, & the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
