Implementing the strategy and objectives of the R2R sub department, including a common set of standard business processes, technology enhancements, and delivery of value based accounting services to affiliates;
Implementing, measuring and adjusting operations and productivity according to the quality and customer-service standards;
Managing relationships with affiliate process owners, finance management, and the other regional service delivery leads to identify and deliver ongoing improvements in service performance;
Implementing special projects / assignments designed to improve the timeliness, accuracy of affiliate’s financial information and accounting and reporting systems (continues improvements);
Extend expertise and support in accounting processed and SAP-FI modules;Accountable for setting and accomplishing objectives of the sub department;
Ensures sub department SLA, KPI and Service Quality commitments to affiliates are met;Ensure compliance and regulatory expectations are met within the service delivery scope;
Leading a group of 3 direct reports (Team Leaders) and 50 AnalystsCandidate profile6-8 years of relevant BPO or SSC companies with at least 2 years experience in management positions;
Languages proficiency in English and French;University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related fields;Required Skills : Technically Proficient in SAP and MS Office Applications;
Very good expertise on Finance and Accounting Processes, Practices and Principles;Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong analytic and synthetic competences;
