The key responsibilities include the following but are not limited to :
Perform price-checking of offers to assess offer competitiveness based on request and prioritization;
Ensure amenities offered on our website are in-line with amenities advertised on other platforms;
Respond to and process queries received from suppliers (rate amends, close-out requests, top-ups, booking summaries) in a timely manner;
Contact respective teams for additional details with regards to contracts, rates and approvals;
Assist the customer support department by investigating various queries received from the end-users and suppliers.
Proficiency in English;

Ability to grasp concepts quickly and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities;
