Your mission: You will identify potential clients for the outstanding Business intelligence and software development services, while creating a long-lasting relation with customers.
- Independently identify and acquire new clients across Romania market for our services around digital software development, advanced analytics and data management services;
- Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from market prospects to successful closure;
- Engage and develop a strong network with potentials decision makers or key influencers;
- Maximize the revenue potential in the market directly / in collaboration with our teams;
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers;
- Provide quarterly reports and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting while making sure that the sales budgets are reached.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Business Administration / technical field;
- Advanced English skills – both written and spoken;
- + 3 years of experience in IT services environment (ideally Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Management environment)
- Proven experience in account management and/or business development activities with mid-sized and/or large companies;
- Ability to generate opportunities through strong networking and relationship building skills;
- Strategic mindset, focus on results, problem-solving skills, knowledge of customer behavior;
- Nice to have skills:
- Previous experience in agile methodologies;
- Previous experience or know-how regarding the outsourcing market in Romania;
- Know-how related to developing businesses focused on outsourcing.
