Represents Doors and Variant Management services in Change Advisory board meetings
Gathering service level requirements from the customer and provides input on Continuous service improvements (CSI)
Moderates internal (within IT organization) and external (with customers) Service review meetings
Ensuring the service entry in the Service Catalog is accurate and is maintained
Negotiating and maintai ning SLA's with the customer
Producing, reviewing and evaluating reports on service performance and achievements on a regular basis
Define and keep track of service budgets (HW acquisition, external support providers etc).

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology. Engineering or equivalent.
More than 1 year Experience with managing IT Services
Familiar with Linux and / or Windows environments
Familiar with IBM and cloud technologies
A good understanding of IT services and qualifying factors in order to understand the customer requirements
IT Service Management skills and ITIL knowledge required
Good technical understanding and an ability to translate technical requirements and specifications into easily understood business conc epts and vice versa
Good organizational and planning skills
Good vendor management skills
Good communication and negotiations skills
