Hr Services Analyst

·Provides operational HR services for candidates, employees,managers and HR community.
·Drives or contributes to HR initiatives, process and systemsimprovements.
·Collaborates with key stakeholders from variety of LOBs to ensuresystems and processes align with other LOB developments.
·Provides HR support for employees. Resolves situations directly orcollaborates with stakeholders for resolution.
·Provides HR systems and tools support.
·Manages multiple HR processes: designing the process, executing tothe process, ensuring accuracy in HR systems, reviewing processes for improvements.
·Prepares process documentation or training materials.
·Provide analysis and reporting.
·Conducts in depth process and system analysis to ensure bestservices to employees. Prepares business specifications and works with IT toimplement solutions. Participates in User Acceptance Tests.
·Contributes or leads process improvements or implementation ofsystems, programs and tools.
·Problem solving and analytical skills with strong attention todetail.
·Excellent verbal and written English and overall communicationskills.
·Ability to manage multiple tasks and multiple stakeholders.
·Ability to manage vast amount of data efficiently and withemphasis on privacy.
·Is highly motivated and results-driven.
·Collaborative and able to build strong relationships with groupsoutside HR to influence positive business outcomes.
·Preferred experience with business operations, systems andmulticultural environment.
·Experience implementing process improvement projects.
·Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
·Overall experience 2-5 years.
