Experience :

  • University degree, preferably in pharmaceutical, medical or bio-medical field;
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical field as Medical Representative or experience in sales for at least 2 years;
  • Experience in promoting Cardio-vascular products to Cardiololgy specialist and / or Gps will be an advantage

  • Ability to work under pressure and to make decisions fast;
  • Initiative; Winning attitude : believe that oneself can consistently commit to a standard of excellence and achieve superior results, including self-motivatio.

  • Good abilities of working both in teams and autonomously;
  • Very good social and communication skills;
  • Good abilities of MS Office : Word, Excel knowledge;
  • Willingness to travel in the country and abroad;
  • Foreign languages : English conversational level;
  • Driving license category B

    Medical Representative Cardiology


  • Accomplishes the client visits established or according to the direct manager s indications;
  • Uses medical knowledge and presentation skills to influence customers to make commitments and take actions that increase Swyssi's products awareness.

    Effectively communicates marketing messages to targeted customers with the established frequency and implements promotional strategies for our products

    Possesses a winning attitude and consistently commits to a standard of excellence and the achievement of superior results, regardless of the task demands.

    Exhibits excellence in identifying, meeting and exceeding customer expectations by understanding the business environment and partnering with customers to make mutually beneficial decisions.

    Focuses on the end results of promotional process, demonstrating personal accountability and commitment to achieve the objective of business.

    Delivers targeted number of customer calls per day per product and specialty on the goal defined by direct manager.

  • Organizes and participates to marketing and promotion events according to the tactical plan : round tables, presentations, congresses, symposia, other activities;
  • Offers consultancy / support to the clients regarding the pharmacovigilance area;
  • Identifies new clients and new business development opportunities.

  • Manages the allocated budget according to the established tactic plan;
  • Elaborates and proposes a promoting action plan in order to achieve the business objectives and optimize costs;
  • Responsible for keeping, transporting the marketing products in the best conditions and their efficient use;
  • Responsible for permanent update of the company database.

  • Continuous learning regarding the products in the portfolio in order to ensure professional services to the highest level ;
  • Participates to the internal and external events organized by the company : meetings, congresses, symposia, etc.

    Respects the laws, ethical standards in accordance with internal rules and other regulations approved (for example : ARPIM).

    Compliant with the Health & Safety Regulations

    Fully alignment with all company policies, procedures & internal rules.
