You will be a part of CEM customer located in the CEM area, where we are responsible for supporting the use of Salesforce in banks and developing a standard solution that provides an optimal customer experience by providing data, development effort, and expert advice.
The solution, Customer Engagement Management (CEM), is a community solution that strengthens customer relationships, service, sales, and consulting in all financial institutions and the aim is to give the customers a good experience from start to finish in the dialogue with the banks’ advisers.
The team solution is responsible for Salesforce development covering functionality that can support advisers in banks and banks’ contact canters in managing their customers and potential customers.
The team is part of an Agile Release Train responsible for the entire Salesforce platform, data integration between Salesforce and other systems plus application features supporting the adviser processes.
