The position covers a broad range of operational and quality management tasks; combining analytical, technical, project management and communication skills to play this role successfully.

This position will allow you to be part of a fast-growing and successful organization, work in an entrepreneurial and international environment and to quickly assume new responsibilities.

  • Work closely together with the Digital Innovation Team, software development teams and Research Managers to develop, implement and stabilize Smart Technology Solutions.
  • These solutions aim to smartly retrieve, structure, and store information, to provide reliable research signals and / or predict indicator assessments;
  • Act as the portfolio project manager and keep an overview of smart technology projects, and inform senior management about progress;
  • Support with change management initiatives when new technologies are being implemented;
  • Build and maintain operational reporting, e.g. to track progress or performance of smart technology solutions.

  • Master’s degree with relevant work experience (3-5 years) in business process improvements and / or business process quality management, as well as project management
  • Knowledge and understanding of the services industry (preferably the financial service industry in combination with the SRI / RI market) is appreciated;
  • Quality Management and Project Management certification, or willingness to achieve such certification, e.g. Six Sigma black belt, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.;
  • Work experience in a multi-cultural environment;
  • Adaptable, creative, autonomous, quality driven personality with a strong client focus;
  • ESG Integration

  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Python & specific frameworks skills or commitment to learn is an added value;
