As the Recruitment System Administrator , you will be integral in enabling us to hire the very best talent effectively and efficiently.
You’ll be instrumental in supporting our recruitment function, working with recruiting leadership to align business objectives with operational excellence in process and systems.
Key Responsibilities include
ATS administration :
Responsible for setting up and maintaining user profiles and company locations
Train and provide on-going support of new users by answering questions, conducting system training, troubleshooting and providing technical assistance
Manage day-to-day system operations of Talent Acquisition team
Interface on jobs site functionality, analytics etc
Assist in the project management of talent programs
Generate actionable insights through the use of metrics, and dashboards to optimize the recruiting process to maximize efficiency
Help create documentation of workflows, SOPs and policies
Partner cross-functionally across multiple lines of business to ensure efficiency throughout the talent lifecycle
Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned, as role may evolve over time
Manage administration of background checks and drug tests (both salaried and hourly), including maintaining adding / removing users upon arrival / departure, and training new users
What you bring to the table
1-3 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a focus in operations administration or project management
Highly proficient in Excel, ability to gather and clean data, quickly and correctly execute analyses
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally
Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter attitude, and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervision
Experience with SilkRoad preferred but not required
Positive can-do attitude with excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Computer skills (intermediate to advanced excel, experience with report building and PowerPoint presentations)
Superior attention to detail
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High degree of confidentiality
Comfort working with remote teams
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, as well as good prioritization and organizational skills
Fluent English, any other language is an asset
