About the role
Nethone is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer focusing on development of the Salesforce CRM being the core of our Business Systems.
In the Revenue Operations Team, our mission is to align and improve all of the sales, marketing and customer success operations to drive growth through operational excellence and effective use of data while keeping all teams accountable to revenue.
One of the crucial ways for the improvement is the development of Business Systems - a set of integrated IT tools used by teams in the Commercial Area for the mentioned operations, also, being the source of data that provide us with the detailed visibility on our commercial performance.
Your goal will be to develop and deploy solutions within Salesforce CRM accordingly to the Business Systems development roadmap, which is being created in response to the internal needs and aligned with Nethone's strategic goals.
To achieve your goal you will work closely with the Business Systems product manager.

What you will be responsible for?
Analysing business requirements for Salesforce CRM development projects and evaluating the technical feasibility
Designing, developing, testing and deploying new advanced features in consistence with the systems’ architecture, and in accordance with the best practices
Maintaining relevant documentation of delivered solutions
Upgrading existing solutions including modifying custom objects
Implementing new Salesforce modules and built-in applications (e.g. Marketing Cloud)
Maintaining current and building new Salesforce integrations with external systems and applications, e.g. CMS, ERP, etc.
What do we expect from you?
At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development
Proficiency in Apex code programming and tools such as GitHub for building repositories
Understanding all major aspects of Salesforce setup and technical capabilities, including changes and system implications
Salesforce certificates (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, SalesCloud Consultant)
Excellent general Salesforce skills - building complex flows, validations, sharing rules, roles & hierarchies, custom reports, dashboards, layouts, etc.
Familiarity with available Salesforce solutions (e.g. Pardot, Einstein Analytics) and new releases
Good systems development lifecycle and methodologies habits
Attention to detail, problem solving skills and a positive attitude
Proactive involvement in system improvement initiatives
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Fluent English - minimum B2 / C1
Nice-to-haves
Experience working close to the commercial operations (sales, marketing, customer success)
Business mindset and knowledge of best practices used by other companies in the area of Business Systems
Experience or interest in growth hacking
Interest in new technologies and fraud prevention
