About East Balkans IBP & Category Finance Analyst Role :
Provide monthly brand & category P&L analysis ensuring that effective gap identification & management are applied in order to elevate profitability for key products
Work closely FP&A Manager for preparing ROI Analysis and align commercial investment on category P&Ls & brand P&Ls
Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to actively ensure category financial analysis needs are met
Supports FP&A Manager with the development of Category P&L PSP
Assist FP&A Manager in Building ad-hoc P&L analysis anticipating risks / opportunities and taking corrective actions in order to have minimum deviations versus expected
Engages the right individuals in appropriate ways in decisions across the organization, and keep them apprised of changes and progress toward expected outcomes
Ensures that materials which are to be discussed at the monthly Management Business Review are adequately prepared
Ensures that effective gap identification, analysis and management (including contingency plans and scenarios) is applied to all IBP Processes
Maintains the repository and also ensures the quality of all iS&OP core documents (Gap management, Assumptions, Risks, Opportunities, etc)
Supports FP&A Manager to define the methods, tools, governance and training needs required to successfully deliver the road map to increase iS&OP maturity

Professional experience : At least 5 years commercial / operational finance experienceA strong Financial background with sound Commercial and Supply Chain understandingFMCG background
Good level of business acumen : Highly analytical and problem solverUnderstanding of profitability driversHigh level of business acumen and E2E operations knowledge is requiredProcess oriented, knowledge on internal controlsAbility to coordinate and drive the business agenda in an independent way
