INNOVATION : Co-leads the development of innovation pipeline to fuel the growth and ensure balance between different sublines
COMMUNICATION : Executes category advertising / communication plans, develops local advertising initiatives, ensures effective and efficient investment of A&M budget, controls A&M budget.
EXECUTION : ensures perfect timing and quality of marketing projects execution; influences related trade marketing and sales agenda
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT : Manages and develops the marketing team, creates a healthy work environment where talent is given the appropriate opportunity to grow, gain experience and have the opportunity for advancement.
Leads People Planning Process for PL beverages marketing team.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT : Builds relationships with creative and media agencies to ensure consistent quality and cost efficiency.
Builds cross-functional relations within PepsiCo Poland and Category teams. Represents Mrkg Beverages Poland within Pepsico system in Europe.
PROXY : Represents the company as a proxy within the defined scope of Marketing activities for beverages category.
Qualifications / Requirements
University degree in Marketing / Management is an advantage;
10 years + hands on experience in marketing roles with responsibilities for brand strategy, communication and innovation development in FMCG global organizations;
in local and regional roles
5 years + hands on people management experience; proven track record on talent development is crucial
strong commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to turn brand strategies into winning operational plans
ability to work in the matrix and manage multiple stakeholders including remotely
Excellent leadership and flexibility to adapt to a changing business environment
Excellent strategic thinker, able to appropriately balance long term and short term objectives
Clear, effective and persuasive communication skills.
