Business Results :
Participates in the day to day activity of the Global Reporting team
Ensures prompt collection of information from all stakeholders
Ensures the accuracy of calculated and provided data
Validates the obtained results and compares to previous months results
Prepares, updates and provides Global Reporting Packs and data for any HR related Regional presentation, meeting etc.
Updates, maintains and creates dashboards in PowerBI
Provides ad-hoc support to Performance Reporting managers and Team Leaders
Responsible for designing, creating and delivering high quality and timely analysis / reports regarding various indicators and KPIs
Support IT with technical documentations & testing sessions when required
Designs, develops and implements the standards and practices for HR metrics and KPI calculations and supports any on-going improvement initiatives related to them
Actively seeks out opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness of HR reporting
Prepare toolkits as needed by GBS / End Market and support implementation of best practices across all partners

Ensure the KPI Reporting Guidelines are embedded and sustained within the GBS / EM community through trainings and coaching, workshops and presentations, working directly and indirectly with all team members and service lines

Fully aware of own responsibilities and capable to take decisions and make recommendations related to the HR reporting initiatives
Ability to work independently and in cooperation with key stakeholders and ensure the objectives are met on time and in full

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
3 years’ experience in a global FMCG company or in a similar dynamic environment
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Good command of MS Office tools and PowerBI or other similar software
Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to bring expert advice and problem-solving skills to the business functions
Pays attention to details, critical thinker, proactive and able to work under minimum supervision
Ability to rapidly adapt and assimilate knowledge, new tools & processes
Good understanding of BAT group systems
