This is a great opportunity to play a key role within Tenneco’s Global HR Leadership Team and join us as an Executive Director HR Shared Services.
You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of our HR services strategy in low-cost countries, reporting directly to the CHRO.
Design and implement the HR Shared Services program around the globe, including HR administration and payroll processes, benefits programs or / and any other HR specific domain that can contribute to more efficiency and ensure organizational equity and competitiveness
100% focus on understanding the current HR processes in order to identify those that can be provided via Shared Services.
Work closely with the different COEs, redefine the processes and move relevant components into the Shared Services
Design capabilities for Tier 1 and Tier 2 service level support
Build and manage a strong team across the world
Location is open, possibly US, Europe or other

What you bring to the table
10+ years of demonstrated experience in a global / multi-cultural organization
Awareness and good understanding of payroll and benefit trends as well as other HR service areas and practices in US, EMEA and other geographical markets is recommended
Proven track record of building a HR Shared Services roadmap
Direct experience with business case writing and leading complex projects
Proficient in global HR systems and Microsoft tools
Willingness to travel
