Lead the capacity meeting and give the best visibility to the plants and determine the risk on our Lead Time
Anticipate customer needs
Manage and optimize the capacity resources in European plants and Trade goods
Manage the Lead Time with our supply chain and confirm the orders in this way
Validate the Reservation according to the rules and with plants
Follow-up and send reminder to COF on late reservation (validity, positioning)
Communicate to the plants the useful information about the respect of the delivery commitment
Lead with the plants the weekly capacity management meeting S&OE
Manage together with plants the daily capacities and update the smoothing program AOS & CCC in this way
Anticipate and optimize the work load of the coming weeks as soon as the orders arrive
Guarantee the total use of the capacity resources before the overload period (Stable Lead Time)
Lead the process order amendment between EMEA plants & trade goods
Support the COF in case of unexpected change in the orders or Scheduling issues
Inform the manager about the Lead Time Risk - follow the Lead Time increase process
Update the Lead Time publication on Steelcase Village
Guarantee that all orders will be planned in the respect of the delivery time commitment
Manage the SPLITs link to scheduling process and offer a solution that respects the set up rules
Manage all the changes dealing with the delivery of our customers, between the logistics department and the customer service
Manage the dealers, shuttles, platforms and plants calendarsWho are you :
Able to work independently and in a team
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management / Material Management / Customer Service / Logistics
Very good knowledge about logistics and industrial processes
European order process knowledge
Willingness to learn about Steelcase products and distribution system
Work discipline (planning and organizing skills)
Easily deal with ambiguity and navigate complexity
Social savvy : consult & network with customers, partners
Effective communicator, written and verbal. Able to organize thoughts and information before sharing
Attention to details, customer focus, problem-solving abilities
Advanced English skills are mandatory, French is considered a plus
