You work with the information security team as a competent and experienced information security and compliance leader.
How you will contribute
You will assess information security risks in line with internal policies and external best practices and determine requirements how to secure Mondelēz International information and IT assets.
In addition, you will develop security standards and policies; advise technical teams when developing relevant procedures or have operational security questions;
review and consulting them on compliant and effective use of common tools. You will also keep business stakeholders apprised on the overall security and compliance roadmap, provide training on information security to appropriate teams, and develop security strategies, architectures and roadmaps across process and technologies.

What you need to know about this position :
On this position you will :
Support Development of long-term cyber security strategies in partnership with senior leadership and internal and external partners to ensure that CISO Organization is strategically positioned to meet the future needs of Mondelez.
Support end-to-end process standardization from strategy development to execution that aligns all CISO employees to the long-term strategic direction of the department and their programs.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CISO, Information Security Governance Lead and senior cyber security leadership team to address new requirements and challenges across the strategy landscape.
Actively participate in senior technical and architectural discussions to ensure technical decisions are aligned with the strategic intent of CISO Organization.
Partner with Finance, Portfolio, and Communications teams to ensure all strategies are fully integrated with fiscal, project, and communication planning cycles.
Work closely with other members of the CIO office, including strategists, program managers, and business operations specialists.
Lead reviews and updates to cyber security policy, standards and requirements.
Lead processes to track the implementation of policies and standards in the enterprise, cloud or OT systems.
What extra ingredients you will bring :
Experience with the review of cyber security policies, control implementation, mitigation strategies, or cyber security threat analysis
Knowledge of current cyber security threats, mitigation strategies, regulations, and frameworks
Ability to lead end to end implementation of Information Security requirements
Ability to lead analysis and integration of cyber security threat data into operational processes
Ability to develop cyber security strategies
Experience with planning and executing cyber security testing / assessment
Experience with authoring cyber security policies
Experience with authoring or reviewing system security plans
Experience with developing Plan of Actions and Milestones
Knowledge of cyber security policies, systems, and cyber security initiatives
Education / Certifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration
Job specific requirements :
Strong work experience in the Information Security / Information Systems
Travel requirements :
10%-25% (after COVID-19 pandemic)
Min. salary :
3700 euro / month
No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
