The Associate Human Resources Administrator will provide administrative, payroll and benefits support to the HR Department and employees alike for our global Itiviti offices.
Under the overall guidance of the HR Specialists, the HR Admin Associate will be responsible for the following duties
HR Admin :
Check paid vacation balances (Payroll vs.Time off System)
Global Comp & Ben Initiatives and Projects
Participate in and help develop global-scale initiatives and projects
University degree preferably in HR, Business, or Public Administration or other related field, will be an asset.
1 year of experience in a similar role with international exposure
Intermediate level skills with Google Suite and Excel
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Solid proactive and reactive attitude
