The Associate Human Resources Administrator will provide administrative, payroll and benefits support to the HR Department and employees alike for our global Itiviti offices.


Under the overall guidance of the HR Specialists, the HR Admin Associate will be responsible for the following duties

HR Admin :

  • Provide support on general day-to-day administrative activities for Romania, France, UK, and US;
  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.Handle holiday requests, medical leaves, paternity / maternity leaves etc.
  • Check paid vacation balances (Payroll vs.Time off System)

  • Prepare and maintain monthly Timekeeping Report
  • Prepare the monthly meal ticket file
  • Quarterly build and update the Residence permit file for French employees
  • Assist with Onboarding of new employees (store the onboarding & employment documents, create the individual personnel file both physical and electronic, registering them for the medical examinations and health insurance, enroll the new joiner in the benefits programs)
  • Arranging regular medical checks for staff
  • Record Maintenance

  • Maintain and update current HR files, databases, and internal HR Tools. Update & keep track of employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
  • Perform file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and properly registered / filed (Check and make sure personnel e-files are completed for French Employees
  • Global Comp & Ben Initiatives and Projects

    Participate in and help develop global-scale initiatives and projects

    Your Profile

    University degree preferably in HR, Business, or Public Administration or other related field, will be an asset.

    1 year of experience in a similar role with international exposure

    Intermediate level skills with Google Suite and Excel

    Good written and verbal communication skills in English

    Ability to meet tight deadlines

    Solid proactive and reactive attitude
