Creative Hub Manager Sales Consulting Centers You will be working for Oracle’s Sales Consulting Centers based out of Bucharest Romania, where you will be part of a wider team that remotely supports Sales organizations across EMEA & JAPAC in a diverse number of ways.
Leading a team of approximately 30 people (including 2 managers) who focus predominantly on the creation of highly engaging visual content to enhance our customer sales process, you will be providing our sales organization with the assets they need to take their customer’s on a compelling journey through story telling and use of innovative technologies. What you will do :
Use your personal experience and knowledge to inspire and direct the team to develop existing and new creative services;
document these and take responsibility for rolling them out within the team and to the sales community.
Manage and resource the day to day inflow of requests together with colleagues in the team. Ensure suitable prioritization of workload.
Ensure outstanding quality of deliverables.
Continuously develop the skills of the team to enable them to push the boundaries and deliver new ideas and ways of engaging our customers.
Work closely together with other members of the Sales Consulting Centers (staff and management) across multiple locations
Ensure personal development of the managers reporting to you as well as your direct team members
Act as a coach to members of the team
Define and monitor KPI’s to track and measure success
Responsible for hiring and induction of new staff members
Be an active member of the local Management team

Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology / application to client business. Facilitation of customer product / application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks;
provision of support throughout the sales cycle.
As part of the Oracle sales team you will direct and manage pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle. Provides technical / functional leadership to the sales team in the development and implementation of customer applications and customer products.
Participates in account planning and strategy development. May publishes technical information of specific applications and / or technical articles.
Works with management to define new products. Serves as the company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate business needs.
Knowledge of software industry relating to all aspects of ebusiness solutions. Demonstrated leadership skills. Strong presentation skills.
Ability to travel as needed. BA / BS degree or equivalent.
