Key Account Manager
In this role, you have the opportunity to :
Establish clear short- and long-term e-commerce strategy and sales management of the Philips Shop, together with external and internal stakeholders
Develop, maintain and improve relations with all different type of potential L&I customers to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier.
You are responsible for :
Setting priorities for the web store development and loyalty campaign programs.
Optimizing the daily sales (consumers and b2b) and realizing the budgets, planning and targets
Creating a yearly account plan for each L&I Customer in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group.
Creating and implementing action programs for and with the L&I Customers
Ensuring sales targets are set and achieved. Achieving budgeted sales volumes, prices and profit margin and accountable for managing the sales orders.
Driving selling-out, ensure profitability and growth of the e-commerce channel by continuously optimizing the e-fundamentals, including e-
Distribution, e-Shelving, e-Merchandizing and e-Pricing.
Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.
Monitoring the customer experience and purchase path to improve purchases rate and provide data expertise to deploy & adapt the strategy.
Overseeing the proper procedures for handling and sale of ecommerce merchandise.
Audit online sales channels to ensure policies, procedures and standards are met. Inspects product to ensure the quality is line with pricing practice.
Inventory control and loss prevention management. Ensure that all loss prevention matters are reported, investigated and corrected in a timely manner when related to ecommerce.
Collaborating with Sales team, Supply, Marketing, Loyalty & Incentive and Management team to prioritize and manage product portfolio for the online store
Advocating best practices and researches new industry trends / opportunities for increased sales
You are part of the Sales team and will be based in our office in Bucharest
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :
4+ years of experience in E-commerce with a proven track record in increasing business and implementation of online marketing strategy;
Proven B2B experience in account promotions, loyalty and incentive programs
High knowledge of web shop management, complex e-commerce processes, strategy and best practices; Hybris, Omniture, Eloqua knowledge is a plus
Experience in driving traffic and understanding of various digital buying models (SEM, PPC, Affiliate, Partnerships)
Knowledge and experience with P&L responsibility
Excellent communication skills, able to convince others and a strong customer focus experience
Excellent English and computer literate (Excel; Power Point) and SAP
