  • Coordinates the HR admin team, which may sit both in country or in SSC
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws for all countries in the portfolio, in close agreement with local external partner, where the case
  • Educates HR and Business fraternity on key labor law provisions and co-owns with them the HR Adm incompliance agenda
  • Has an active role in due diligence and execution for HR admin stream during employee transfer projects, as per ARD provisions
  • Is responsible for deploying an effective employee records / file management
  • Owns SOX, ISAE and local statutory audits in the HR admin area

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Solid experience in HR Admin across various Europe markets, with in deep understanding of Romania, Poland, Hungary and UK, at least
  • Able to switch between being strategic and tactical in the same time, focusing on effective execution and influencing senior leadership as per the need
  • Validated leadership capabilities, collaborative, curious and courageous in the approach
  • Wanting to drive impeccability, structure and rigor in the HR Admin process. Advance Excel and Power BI skills
  • High work ethics and integrity
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Strong Time Leadership skills
  • Self-management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
