Your mission at Webhelp

What you will be doing at Webhelp

As a Tech Support Advisor, you will :

  • Maintain customer relationships through product support (by phone, live chat or email)
  • Gather information from customers, troubleshoot technical and account issues
  • Manage effectively all incoming complaints or requests
  • Keep track of customer interactions
  • Own and manage customer engagement and interaction ensuring all agreed quality attributes are met and exceeded
  • Contribute to our Client's brand image

  • Are native (or near native) in Italian and fluent in English
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (experience in customer service or tech support is ideal but not required)
  • Have an analytical mind to listen and solve problems
  • Love to learn and apply new technologies
  • Are proactive and like to work in a team
