Responsibilities :

Requirements gathering, analysis and implementation estimates

Designing and documenting technical solutions, integrations architecture, data flows using collaborative tools

Team leading and mentoring, assistance and technical guidance for junior team members, remotely

Work closely with the Sales, customers and the rest of the Team to ensure successful delivery of various solutions

Supply expertise in advanced Apex programming concepts including common design patterns, governor limit management techniques, bulk patterns, efficient and reliable trigger handling, and asynchronous operations

Design, develop, test, document and deploy third-party integrations with Salesforce

Engage in code and technical design reviews of solution implementations to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained

Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to junior technical team members

Provide estimates of the level of effort to implement a solution based on business requirements

Implement new features using declarative tools (creation of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, flow triggers and email alerts)

Develop reports, custom report types, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity

Implementation change control from development sandboxes to production and across the development life-cycle

Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues and other setup options as necessary

Requirements :

3+ years implementing Salesforce

Experience in team management

Strong OOP knowledge

Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certifications

Nice to have Salesforce Platform Developer 2 or Salesforce Architect certification

Proven experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Web services, managed packages

Good knowledge of Salesforce limitations

Good knowledge of Salesforce point-and-click capabilities

Design patterns, development best practices

Experience with data flows between Salesforce Clouds is a plus

Proficient in English - communication and technical writing
