We are Thales, bringingtrust to an increasinglyconnectedworld. Within our Cloud Protection and Licensing (CPL) Business Line, we are looking for our next Sales Manager for our Authentication Product Portfolio.
Based in Bucharest , and covering several countries in the CEE region , you will be responsible for establishing, developing and implementing key strategic channel initiatives and account plans with solution provider / reseller partner(s) specializing in security solutions.
A Week in the life of a Regional Sales Manager
You will focus on three main scopes - partner management, channel strategy and market analysis. Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
Manage / develop / maintain strong, successful relationshipswith the channel / partners, Thales sales teams and key end-user customers forcontinued business growth.
Enable partner community to sell Thales CPLAuthentication solutions portfolio products
Establish specific go to market plan with the partners.
Establish partner(s) business / account and marketing plan
Conduct analysis of partner coverage in region identifyinggaps where recruitment is needed.
Build value proposition for each individual target partner
Keep management current on status and performance throughregular communication, forecasts, agendas and reports.
Meet end customers in case of deal size over 20K€

What do you need to succeed at this position?
At least 5 years’ Channel sales experience in developing andimplementing channel strategic plans and initiatives. Knowledge of sales ofsoftware or computer related products.
Experience of professional Sales Tools, e.g. SFDC or similar would be helpful.
At least 2 years of related experience in a security, PKI,authentication, networking or infrastructure company preferably within a twotier distribution environment.
Understanding of fundamentals of Data Information SecurityTechnology and Cryptographic and knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure and itsservices is required.
Basic understanding of authentication technologiesrequired.
Fluency in both written and spoken Romanian and English .
Strong communication skills, able to engage with all levelsof a partner organization.
Strong presentation skills.
Strong business planning skills together with a strongmarketing sense and vision.
Results oriented and effective in customer situationscomprising senior level management.
Able to work independently in a dynamic sales environment.
