The job description holder might work based on the schedule committed with the client (differences may appear at : the start and end hour, break length, bank holidays, work related travelling).
Fulfill seamlessly all the tasks and responsibilities of the given operations process based on the requirement of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
Strive for quality work in handling phone calls, administering in databases, book keeping and in other customer service activities;
Effective and professional verbal and written communication both with internal and external customers, partners;
Active participation in the defined training courses and the practical implementation of the new skills in the work processes;
Keep working hours and break times according to the internal policies in certain cases based on the official working days of the given service region;
Participate in regular / occasional teleconferences / meetings with the Customer;
Participate in preparing customer reports;
Develop action plans to resolve operations issues and coordinate their implementation;
Know and understand the performance management policy and practice;
Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company;
Complete any other job-related tasks assigned by the function management;
Fulfill all on time and to the expectations set by the Customer and / or by the Supervision
Perform the activity in accordance with his / her competences and instructions received from the employer so as not to expoze to risk of injury or occupational disease both oneself and others who may be affected by the actions or omissions while working.
Will not proceed with disconnecting, changing or removing arbitrarily his / her own safety devices, especially of machinery, tools, plants and use properly these devices.

Use dangerous substances, installations, equipment, machinery, appliances and equipment, according to technical specification and those given by the manager or head of the company.
Do not perform unauthorized maneuvers or unauthorized modifications to systems and facilities for fire protection.
Immediately notify his supervisor any violation of rules fire protection or any situation that he / she appreciates as a fire hazard, and any malfunction of systems and fire protection installations.

Similar work experience (0 1 year);
High school degree
University in progress / graduate (Economic studies advantage);
Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
Organized personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different projects;
Ability to handle client on one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls; strong customer orientation;
