What you will be doing :
Channel readiness for all channels and regional initiatives. Advises delivery of the sales pitch (speech) integrated in a consistent way, gathering input from Segments and from Sales;
Oversees deployment and execution of commercial initiatives in each channel / region. Identify and manage possible risks associated with the launch and build together with Segment and Product & Proposition teams the contingency plans;
Monitor initiative performance after launch and lead post implementation review for go to market through mystery shopping and field visits;
Performance management : Identify overperforming channels / areas, understands the field context & insights in order to extend to other channels / regions;
Identify underperforming channels / areas, understands the fields context & insights and proposes corrective actions;
Gathers and delivers back to the PO and squad both sales and end customer improvement feedback.
You'll be a great fit if you have :
At least 2 years of experience in Sales (Telecoms is a plus);
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Customer centric orientation;
Ability to work cross-functionally for end2end delivery;
Commercial understanding of business KPI’s;
Experience in project Management;
Strong excel & PowerPoint skills.
