Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of :

  • Leading the transformation of procurement client organization mainly through PTP Enablement Services;
  • Analyzing the client spend, vendor details data and recommending buying channels, data segmentation approach to support supplier enablement plans;
  • Defining supplier on boarding strategy and agreeing with the Client or other stakeholders;
  • Creating supplier on boarding strategy on e-catalogue, contract enablement, eInvoicing and or buyer portal for the enablement pipeline and driving the supplier adoption;
  • Supporting the Project Change Management activities by providing relevant inputs when required;
  • Good understanding of Project management, Client management, eProcurement systems, standard Service elements of PTP Enablement Services as Buying channel strategy setup, Catalogue management;
  • Contract enablement, eInvoicing, Vendor master data management, Buying content setup, Supplier portal;
  • Qualifications

    Skills that make your work successful :

  • Procure to Pay experience, background in procurement processes operations;
  • Strong Project Management background ideally working towards qualification;
  • Understanding of outsourced services, procurement category management and stakeholder engagement;
  • Experience managing business outcomes driven programs;
  • Experience managing and developing client relationships;
  • Fluent English with strong communication and negotiations skills;
  • Experience with supplier on boarding in a P2P environment;
  • Strong desire for familiarity with P2P applications such as Ariba, Coupa, etc;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management and problem solving skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to forge meaningful relationships with key stakeholders;
