Key activities areas
Configure and maintain IT applications according to business requirements;
Make reports according to business requirements, perform investigations and reviews based on incidents;
Develop the application interface between databases and other systems;
Oversee the applications in order to reduce the malfunctioning cases;
Recognize, investigate and correct inconsistencies from databases, actively participate in troubleshooting;
Identify, document and communicate technical requirements for applications;
Help in the testing process of business systems;
Make reviews and send feedback for documentation made by other IT system providers;
If required, provide information about daily tasks, identified problems and solutions;
Treat internal clients with kindness and professionalism.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and PL / SQL;
Experience in Linux / Unix server administration;
Aproximately 3 years experience working within 2nd level support team (multinational companies preferred);
Familiar with PHP / Java (advantage);
Advanced English level, both spoken and writing.
Would be a plus
Experience in support business systems (CRM, Billing, Collection);
Familiar with manipulating data tools (ESB);
Familiar with service oriented architecture (ETL).
