Rhe role of Demand Generation Rep within Safety and Productivity Solutions is to prospect the market within a specific territory and to generate new business opportunities.
The role will require marketing campaign & lead management, cold calling activities, pipeline management, forecasting, qualifying and closing new business opportunities.
Main responsibilities :
Prospects the market to identify business opportunities and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, non-
active accounts and customers.
Source new leads through cold calling campaigns and individual research (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, google etc.).
Follow opportunities from needs identification phase to closing stage
Qualifies new and existing client leads and collaborates with Outside / Inside Chanel Sales, Distributors, and other colleagues to maximize pipeline opportunity recognition and closure
Build your own accounts base of resellers and grow them while maximizing the SPS portfolio awareness and revenue grow within assigned territory, in order to quickly evolve into a quota-
carrying sales representative
Develop long term, meaningful customer relationships on the phone and deep relationships within territory channel community and become a trusted advisor for Honeywell’s products and services.
Bachelor's degree / equivalent, or High school diploma with significant relevant experience.
Business fluent in written and spoken English, other European languages represent a plus
Very good level in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Proven working understanding of SFDC (or similar CRM & ERP systems) is desirable
1 to 3 years of sales experience in a business development, inside sales, demand generation role or relevant sales experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand the needs of customers and internal stakeholders over the phone.
Knowledge of key sales concepts, practices, and procedures
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
Demonstrated ability to operate independently
Ability to use experience to appropriately apply the established standards
Demonstrated ability to attain sales quotas / targets
