What will you do?

Provide functional and technical support forresolution of all the customer, requests

Receive and log internal and externalcustomer request;

Ensure proper documentation, notification,escalation, tracking & follow up of all incidents;

Perform customer request / problemidentification & follow procedures to resolution (e.g., issues with devicestatus, general product questions, device not reporting properly, Bluetoothconnectivity issues).
